Dom and I did this remix for The Invisible Man back in 2018. Simon from 7th Storey Projects hooked us up with Graham and I had a conversation with him at the time about The Bell Tune and other tracks, sounds mad looking back at it now as he helped define the sound I quickly fell in love with back in the early 90s.

The original was released back in 1993 on Timeless Recordings and had an iconic black and yellow label, it stood out at the time due to its hand drawn design and an unusual character peering down from the top. I never quite knew what it was to be honest.

Anyway, in my opinion this is undoubtedly one of the best 12’s in drum and bass history, and secures The Invisible Man a place in the list of most important and influential producers from the 90s drum and bass scene.

It would be nice to do another remix for him before the year is out and the blog gets taken down, but I will always be grateful we could do this remix as it’s one of my all time favourite tracks.
